Yes, absolutely. Our formulations are created with sensitive skin in mind. In fact, our products are also created for hypoallergenic purposes. We avoid harsh chemicals, synthetic actives, and known irritants. But as always, we recommend patch-testing before full use.

Our products can be used daily. There is no restrictions on how often you can use our products ⏤ our skincare is intended to be gentle on the dermis, we recommend using the products as instructed.

No. We do not use synthetic "fragrances". Our skincare is gently scented using the aromatherapy of our botanical extracts + low concentration of essential oils for light, natural aroma that supports the skin and senses.

You've come to the right place. Our 3-in-1 Restorative Mud Facials™ can be used as a mask, cleanser, or scrub. Instructions on how to apply below:

• as a MASK: wet face with cool-lukewarm water, dampen skin, scoop mud desire then gently massage the mud into the skin in slow, circular motions. Allow it to sit for 25-30 minutes or however long you desire then, proceed to rinse. Do this 3x out of the week or daily for best results.
• as a CLEANSER: wet face with cool-lukewarm water, keep skin completely wet using this method, scoop mud desire then apply the mud into the skin in soft, circular motions for about 1-2 minutes, then rinse.
• as a SCRUB: wet face with cool-lukewarm water, keep skin completely wet for this method also, scoop mud desire then softly SCRUB the mud into skin in circular motions for about 3 minutes, then rinse.

We recommend drying with paper towels; cloth towels can hold hidden bacteria.

ALWAYS wash your hands clean (including under nails) before scooping the mud to assure you're not transferring bacteria inside of your blend.

Hands-Only Method honors the skin's natural biome by minimizing contact and mechanical disruption.

Yes, the mud is still safe to use ⏤ there's 2 ways you can soften your facial back to mud-like for easier application:

1. Place your mud in the microwave for 10-15 SECONDS (NO LONGER).
2. Boil water on the stovetop, let it cool off (but still warm enough to smooth the mud), then place your mud inside of the pot. *DO NOT PLACE YOUR FACIAL INSIDE OF THE POT WHILE ITS HEATING ON THE STOVE!!!

• Please allow your facial to cool off for at least 10 minutes before applying, they can become very hot after being heated.

**Please be aware that it's completely normal for the facials to become a bit solid, the facials are already thick products due to the clay; solidness may not always apply, this usually happens in colder weathers. Use 1 of the 2 methods posted above to get your facial back to its normal consistency.
